Someone just posted for a realistic timeline for those who have been donating, making calls, and nearing retirement age.
His post was well written and direct. It questioned if it was dead in the water for those with short time.

This will be tough to spin. If anyone can do it, it’s EPAS/LEPF. It is easier when you have a group who desperately want to believe.
The bulk of the retirements happen in the next two years, at least at AA. So hopefully even if there is a change down the road, it will have negligible impact on careers.
