No, I'm serious. As a former charter pilot, I saw the fuel bill for every flight. While I might have paid $3.50 per gallon on a specific day at Signature, I also knew that if we did X amount at Signature, we would get Y amount back at the end of the year. I also remember that at that same time Delta reported their average fuel price was around $1.90 per gallon. When you deal in high volumes, the "sticker" price does not apply.
Price at the refinery, I highly doubt you are paying less than that delivered. FWIW this is what my airline sends out weekly for tracking jet fuel prices.
