It seems that as SFO is now “maxed out”, United would shift some of the flying to LAX. There’s a ton of actual space at LAX, but no available gates. There’s airport put the brakes on their future Terminal 0 and Terminal 9 plans until after the Olympics in 2028. I wonder if United is having a word with LAX about that.
