AFAIK we still have classes and upgrades going. I guess we will see what happens with the coming system bid in a few days. It defeinitely could be a reduction in cadets, they already slowed how many were coming into classes before this.
Weird I would get the email if it's a reduction in Cadets since I'm not one. Unless they just lump everyone in the same email regardless of CJO or cadet status.
In any case, it's hurry up and wait.
