But there is a whole chicken/egg thing going on there.
Election integrity is always an issue, despite the deniers. The President of Uganda has recently been re-elected. That’s been going on since he first came to power in 1986. The election was undoubtedly crooked but since he replaced Idi Amin the people are inclined to be tolerant knowing they could do a lot worse.
