You get time off throughout the month on Reserves anyways, PB days doesn't change that it just moves your time off around. That's not "incredible" to me.
If you want to add pay into it, that's a different conversation.
You clearly don't do RSV....I work much less by flying multiple shorter gs/qs throughout the month. There is a reason the company requires minimum of 3 day rsv blocks (narrowbody). Every gs/qs I do gets me down to less than 2 consecutive days of rsv later in the week. It's April and I have yet to work a trip on a rsv day.....
