Working 2 days on your off days and then having 1 LC vs me working 3 LC days doesn't get you more time off than me. Still both working 3 days.
If you're talking about flying trips, I might get called on a 3 day trip and end up flying more days than you, but I might also not get called and and as a result fly 2 days less than you.
As I said in my last post, I haven't flown a trip in the last month and you have, so how are you flying less than me because of GS/QS?
