I flew 2 days in Jan, 1 day if Feb (GS), and 2 days in Mar. How many days did you fly on your days off?
IMO, the company doesn't like PB days because of money, not productivity. If a guy is picking up a trip on his days off, they are getting voluntary productivity out of him.
Just look at the PB washing decision by the company, purely financial. It will cause lower productivity by:
1. Having guys on vacation when they would have been willing to pick up trips.
2. Having guys not pick up extra time due to the loss of PB day washing.
(Unless you think they were too obtuse to realize their decision would lower productivity)
