I guess we'll never be happy... we complain when we're understaffed and vacations are canceled. Now we're complaining about being overstaffed. I know it's hard to give the company credit for stuff, but at least this time they were TRYING to be proactive with staffing.

I think they figured most the movement to the jets would come from the saab. That, combined with guys flowing to NWA and moving to Delta, CO, UAL, Southwest etc... (when they were hiring) they saw the need to staff the saab heavy. If that's where alot of the movement is coming FROM, seems to me that the saab was the plane to staff heavy. But now all that movement is in the dumper and we find ourselves overstaffed on the saab. Too bad the company didn't think about releasing the FO seatlocks sooner.
