I'm with you on this one, bored. I do give the company credit for trying their best to staff accordingly. Remember, just a few months ago, most majors/legacies were hiring, too. Loosing 3 planned per month to the flow on top of other reasonable attrition estimates led us to get a bit thick on pilots. Not to mention, we have a least a few guys in the SWA pool as well. This was supposed to be the year when everyone who wanted to could move on.
Things changed very very quickly.
I'd much rather be slightly over/properly staffed than understaffed. You want a real nightmare job, try understaffed.
