EOM paycheck - 1/2 reserve guarantee for that month (at lowest rate if on a multi payrate fleet.) + any performance bonus (D0/A0 goals. usually about $100)
15th paycheck- the difference between the dollar amount you earned the previous month and what was paid on the prior EOM paycheck. Plus all per diem.
Is that what that extra $100 or whatever is for? Company achieved D0/A0 goals, or crew achieved D0/A0 goals?
