frankly, i believe now more than ever, folks are focused on their long term physical and mental health and as such, are no longer interested in being abused, taken advantage of, and exploited, especially with execs making tens of millions off that work. the paradigm has changed and the mckinsey consulting groups/private equity/hedge funds will adjust or they won’t.
