DL Healthcare is atrocious. Sorry you are dealing with this HK.

If my wife had her brain tumor after I retired from the reserves and was on DL health "care" she probably would have died. We fight UMR over everything. My shoulder won't ever be better than 80% or so because UMR delayed my surgery so long it has a lot of extra damage.
