i do agree with you to a point. Uhc wont pay on time and thats uhc. Yes delta is doing a lot of this on purpose, but i think umr is mismanaged too.

Could be wrong though, the reason for my.opinion is just from talking to various groups. i hear the same things from places like the local doctor all the way to Mayo Clinic. the Mayo guys dont get worked hard, very normal professional interactions, and theyll take time to list it out for you. between payment, miscoding, AI interfaces saying no because theyre retarded, and no one there to take calls, something is wrong at umr/uhc that other places dont have with a similar setup.
