Not sure which state you live in, but are there any laws that allow you to continue care with the doctors you've been working with at your previous rates? Some health care providers also allow you to negotiate self-pay rates that may be close to what you were paying or at least lower than Out-of Network costs.
Not here. Like I said, have a meeting with her doc and the head of patient services next week. See what we can come up with solutions wise.
