Yeah.....it's labeled "Shared Rewards" and anywhere from 0 to $100 per month.
...and that's yet another area where the company "re-interpreted" ... its contractual, and always in the past we got the same as the noncons ($0-$100).
Over the winter they started only giving the pilots 3 of the 4 items because of how it is worded in the PWA ... so now the max we will get is $75. The Union wasn't interested in grieving it.
