It's not her fault that she bought into a faux family corporate culture. A lot of Americans think their company actually cares about them. Whats is being pointed out is thst the company spends MILLIONS of dollars a year trying to keep unions off properties and intentionally renegs on and uses the grievance system to go back on their agreements.
