Delta didn't schedule any 50 seat flying for July, so the pilots will be sitting home with nothing to do. Delta is paying them to park the planes, while saving money on the fuel costs and mishandled bags or passengers or any other cost associated with running an airline. I don't call that a win for Mesa.

I'm sure Delta's bean counters and lawyers wouldn't just go and cancel a contract if they didn't think they'd get away with it.
