Trips can be longer than the APD as long as the black days are covered by APD. Blue days don't matter. I've dropped a 4 day trip with 1 APD on just the black day to preserve pickup options on the other 3 days.
No APD over an off day seem like the relevant limfac for Scoop.
Gotcha, I've never come across that situation with mixed black/blue days before, so that's good to know. So I guess it's more technically accurate to say that you can APD multiple trips of any total length but only up to 4 of those days can be black, and you can't have any other black days fall outsite the 4 day APD footprint.
