When you're cancelling/delaying Athens, Milan, CDG etc due operational issues it starts to add up Trip. All what you mentioned grinds down when you are unreliable

No the operation is not good as 2013-2018 and needs work. Technology needs work. But to say we are not a premium airline is quite the Sky is Falling reaction
