Skipping QS pays single pay to both the originally skipped pilot and the skipped QS pilot, and double pay to the operating pilot. While lots of IAs have still been going out, at least in my category, each time it has been because QS was run but there were not takers. In that case QS was not skipped so the IA does not required 4X pay.
I’ve been seeing IAs and no QS call when checking my call log in the AM after a good night sleep with my ringer off. YMMV They better be paying out 4x.
