They cared about attrition the last round. The RB was the crappy life line. They could not continue having people leave at the rate they were and keep going. It could easily spike to unsustainable levels again especially with a very crappy bridge deal or no deal and looking at 3 to 5 years for a new deal. What do you think happens if the bring deal fixes almost none of our current work rule problems and the pay rates are basically what Sunny has now? How many stay?
