Why wouldn't he? Our DH is significantly worse than United AND American. Industry standard is not much to ask.
Reportedly, Ed was a hard NO on FC DH last time around. We can never know what’s really true, but Ed values his precious revenue premium too much to let us DH in FC all the time.
To be clear, I totally agree with you on industry standard, but Ed’s opinion is the only one that matters.
