I'm on my 4th trip with a millenial FO. I had one recently that was a Gen Z. None of them tipped. Not a single one. Granted we don't have many Gen Z on the WB fleet I'm on, but we had a few squeak into the category back in the salad days post cOvId.

Anyway, at least you are seeing it, that makes me feel a bit better.
