They have a handful of guys on QS#5 and 6, and plenty on #3 and 4. They're having to use IAs a fair amount as well. I recently flew an easy turn that sat in open time for about 12 hours on both sides. They had no reserves and couldn't get anyone to take it as a QS, so they had to reroute TWO first officers to do the turn. One of them was illegally rerouted which made turned 4-day QS into a 5 day QS. ...well stafffed!
In my seat, I had a QS earlier in month. Calls for a couple today. Not even close to holding one. 80th on list and one of them had about 25 senior takers. Not great trips either.
