Not every race, color, religion, sex, or orientation is going to know or care about your old Chevy or your favorite soccer stadium, hence standardized TMAAT questions.
Maybe back in the day, talking cars and sportsball was a good way to identify who were the ‘good sh**s’ to hire from the ‘squadron’ but not in today’s HR driven hiring process.
