My experience with crew assist -
1. Time in queue seems to depend on pay issue drop down choice chosen. No idea why.
2. Can not submit same report second time until company closes it first time. (Not saying you can’t submit another report on same issue, but that will go to end of queue so doesn’t really help)
3. STS can only be submitted successfully after a second denial from company.
All true except for #3. You can submit an STS after the first denial, without sending a case to “second review”. However, if you do choose to go down the second review path, then you can’t submit an STS until after the second review is
denied closed.
