Does Bob Schmelzer still work for Delta? I used to like him in crew resources and his linkedin says that he's in charge of pilot scheduling. If that's true, yikes. He always seemed like a level headed data driven guy. I think anyone doing the analytics of this could see it's not working and the current situation demands a pivot to a new strategy.
