I'm not sure of the DC9 reference.. as we're really the only people flying a plane that has a DC-9 type (717 for those who don't know). The only other big operator is Hawaiian.. as for MD88s.. USA Jet bought some of ours and is busy flying them.

I knew what you were saying, and agree. I was driving at the fact that the DC-9 typed fleet at DAL (717) is (currently) the most understaffed, at least on the B side. Despite what recent AE's have indicated.
