It was pretty clear he was not in a good state of mind. I can’t imagine the stress he was under, and he probably would have benefited from taking a mental/emotional “breather” for a few weeks before jumping into the hiring blender.

Of course, that’s really easy for me to say sitting here without that pressure.

Do most people not type out a post on here or *insert social media type here* just ranting and raving calling the quoted person an idiot or something. Then just delete it?

Cause that's what I do. Gets the rage out whilst still appearing cordial.
