Driving record affecting hiring process
#1

Hello all,
6 years ago when I just got my driver license, being on a 6 month probation period I got it suspended for "improper U turn", (it was suspended for 6 months and I had a restricted license.
Three years ago I got a speeding ticket.
How two of these occurrences can affect me during assessment and review of my records? Can they eliminate me completely from getting a job with a regional? How about a major?
Thanks

You'll have to explain why it was suspended...it's not the norm in the US to suspend a license due to one minor infraction so they will wonder about that.
But if all you had was two minor moving violations in the last six years, you'll be fine.

I had two speeding tickets within 5 years when I applied to the regionals and none of them said a word about it in my interview. They may ask you about a suspended license, but I doubt it will prevent you from getting interviews.
