How much weight do LOR's have at Delta? I have numerous LOR's, just not from any Delta pilots.

LORs from active delta pilots carry weight. Not sure if non-internal LORs really tip the scales much for the resume parsing algorithms.

I'd recommend listening to 21.Five's latest podcast, ep 208. How Should Pilots Compete After Spirit's Shutdown? Interesting perspectives and considerations for not only ex-Spirit pilots, but every other pilot trying to get hired at the majors.
