Third, prior to self-help, there's always the pilot vote. Of course, you have to have all sections TA'd first, which wasn't happening, but TBH, it's still kinda early in the negotiating process. UA just voted down their current contract (the Tumi TA).


I think you need to review the process because almost none of that is correct.
