Nope. The premise is that UPS is understaffed and under equipped to operate the schedule it has planned. They need to invest properly in this airline. If they need time to get there, I’ll be willing to help them out just as soon as I see an industry leading contract.
I've sometimes wondered whether UPS can actually afford to have an airline, because many of the decisions they make suggest they can't.
The reality is they can't afford not to.
The real question is whether they'll realize that before the cost of neglect exceeds the cost of investment.
