Does anyone have a ballpark current timeframe for app submission to interview date? And if you are not particular at all about equipment, what are the chances of a SAN base as a new-hire, and assuming SAN is senior(

) what's the next closest a junior FO may have a good chance at? And assuming flying-on-the-side is permitted with permission as I learned yesterday, what is a realistic expectation of how many days per month I would have free and clear (Line holder) to fly considering we only log around .8 per day on the corporate side gig I presently fly at...Thanks in advance, folks!
There are 20 Fo's out of San. Don't know how many line holders there are. I would imagine less than 20. The #20 guy was hired sometime this year. Everyone above him has been with the company over a year. The most junior FO EMB bases are FAT and PSP. Most new hires go to these two bases. Sometimes they go elsewhere depending on company need. Fat seems to have the largest influx of new hires and the largest transferring to other domiciles too.
As a line holder I have 12 days off in June. Probably could have gotten more but I bid 5 four day trips because my kids like to eat!
If you really really love flying, you could work your days off. Sometimes after a long four day trip, I don't want to see an airplane for a couple of days and I love to fly! Realistically I would think you could work half of your off days just to give your body and brain a rest. That is what I have done in the past. It was "pleasure flying" not "professional flying" so you may find different limits for yourself. Do whatever you need to to make ends meet in your first year.
