By adding capacity that requires it to use NK gates is “squatting”. Sure they could come to agreement to lease those gates, but no agreement exists right now.
I sure hope they get it resolved sooner rather than later.
I always wondered how we just got those gates… I’m sure we’re not the only ones who want them and we’re surely not entitled to them
