So if I were them I would just take everything to arbitration until they get burned.
the company tends to settle things when they think they’ll lose. Take a look at how thoroughly we got basically everything we wanted with MiCrew sick/well calls, for example.
they can play with words but wholesale rejection of the PWA just won’t happen because it would cost them more than it’s worth.
