Don’t let the website scare you. The things you’ve heard about from this company’s past aren’t true anymore by and large. It’s cleaned up quite a bit. You may find the training department is still a bit disorganized in some aspects, and you may be frustrated along the way with certain things regarding administrative stuff, but that’s probably any regional though.

Having said that, just because the company has improved their training department, and flushed many of the old turds down the toilet that used to be here, doesn’t mean it’s not demanding training. You still gotta come with your game face on. Each and every day. Especially if this is your first airline job. Come prepared, study, ask questions if you don’t know something or get hung up on, and you’ll be fine. Congrats on your CJO!
