That is completely different than saying "senior union guys". Most of our union leadership now is fairly junior in the grand scheme of things.

Additionally, the union simply wants to balance out the number of 1 to 2 days with the number of 3 to 5 days. It has just as much to do with making people that choose to live in domicile and want 1 to 2 day trips just as happy as those that choose to commute and want longer trips.
