2018 was peak delta? From whose perspective? Shareholders were wiped out during covid and only now are above water but TVM bit them in the capital allocation shorts if they held. Customers are still lining up and we have more now and way more revenue. Management has the same industry pedestal and has gained handsomely since 2018. I'm making double what I did 8 years ago. The only metric or perspective you can claim is operational performance and A+ to A- is not the failing you think it is. This doesn't mean I don't think it needs fixing but chicken little is jealous.

Do you dispute that from our perspective, the operation was peak or near-peak in 2018? Heck, even 2015 or 16 had a Profit sharing of 16% (though admittedly, the number of employees does dilute the post-covid PS %, since they hired 20,000 more people). Even management would probably say 2019 was peak.
