ANC is just a smaller base so it just depends on timing. We had a guy forced into there in my class 5 years ago, now it takes 2 or 3 years to hold it. It's pretty junior on the bottom end for captains though. Keep in mind we've done very little hiring in the last 3 years.
Kind of Jr, but most of those CAs aren’t going anywhere, probably not even Widebody CA IF that’s ever an option. It’ll be glacially slow progression once in the left seat.
