I’d expect extremely small to start. Management doesn’t even have an opening date yet and they said it’s to slowly replace some of the 145 flying. Expect to have one person on reserve per shift per position and very few lines. The real question is where are they getting the staffing for this new base?
I’d expect TDYs if management thinks they can’t fill the spots they need to open DCA. Make sure your bid is current when the opening date is announced so you’re not unexpectedly displaced.
