As I'm sure you know there isn't anything they can do about it. As for how they feel, I couldn't tell ya the interviewers' preferences but I had two guys in my new hire class that were with the guard. I talked to both around the 1 year mark and both were flying a lot more with their guard units than with SKW. You may have to downplay your planned flying but once you're on there's nothing SKW can do about it
