Correct me if I'm wrong but when a person flows up to NW they are basically a new hire and issued a senority number on the bottom of the list. Why if they flow back should they be issued a senority number higher than a pilot working at that regional? Does that seem fair?

How about the hundreds of our guys that got displaced by CAL flowbacks, only to be told later, "sorry Flow-through" is gone
