That's a tough one. I'm sure some would jump at the chance, however there's a BIG difference in going from the top 10-20% seniority of 360 pilots to being in the bottom 5-10% seniority of almost 10,000 pilots. Even with a generous bump in pay, that's a big loss of QOL...
