Who do we talk to if they won't change our out time? We pushed back from ATL on time then they put a huge reroute on us and we had to refuel....Two hours later we left, hoping to get the original out time. They didn't give it to us, but they still short changed us by quite a bit for our 2nd departure and they still won't change it. I think it's really stupid not to get paid if we go out and taxi for 4 hours and have to come back and only get paid for less than half an hour.
If you submitted a time change and it still hasn't been changed call scheduling and ask to speak to the CP on duty. I had a time change that was over 3 hours difference and he told me he considered it to be an error and did not change it. But, he changed it after I spoke with him.
