I have been at NJA shy of 2 years. At least 450 away from upgrade. Recent captain slots have been slow the whole time I have been here. I think more senior pilots are moving to other fleets, and when they get where they want the upgrades will start picking up. I'm not in any real hurry, but don't expect anything for 5 years. Life is good at NJA in the right seat.... In any seat..
