It never came up in the interview, but if you have worked in the industry for a while, you just know that flow-through agreements are more beneficial to the legacy pilots as furlough protection than they are to the regional pilots as a job placement program. Flow-through was barely a factor for me in making the decision to go to CZ. It is only worth the paper it is written on to me.
