I've been searching these forums for more info on Compass. I don't really want to spam the boards to get 10 posts and PM so I'll throw my email address out there. I'd really like some info on the company. I've got an interview with them on Thursday but I'm torn with the flowthrough/back policies and the current state of all airlines.
Currently I have 2600TT, 1600PIC-Turbine and i enjoy my current job, but I'm looking at maybe moving into the 121 world.

I would greatly appreciate some communication with some compass pilots as I have many, many questions. Thanks in advance.
