If you are only 21 you don't meet the minimums. There are 7 pilots who were hired below ATP minimums. There is an LOA dealing with that. All new hires must be eligible for an ATP.
Is that a specific reason why they want ATP eligibility other than the fact that they want to give u an ATP, when you don't need it, with a signed agreement?
What happened to the ones that were hired below ATP minimums?

Can you hold a "frozen" ATP and not exercise the rights of it until the age of 23? You might call a the feds about that.
I dont think we have such a thing as a frozen ATP in the U.S....
